Music for Life Africa (MULIA) Foundation is a Ugandan organization committed to creating inclusive communities where every person is valued, included, and given an opportunity to thrive. The Foundation works particularly with people with disabilities and other vulnerable communities who face barriers to education, skills development, employment, and participation in society. It believes that exclusion is created by inaccessible systems and environments—not by people’s abilities—and works to promote equal opportunities, dignity, independence, and social inclusion.

Mulia Foundation focuses on inclusive vocational education, sustainable livelihoods, and creative advocacy. It supports young people with and without disabilities through vocational training, entrepreneurship, technology, and life-skills development, while promoting economic independence through agriculture, livestock initiatives, community savings groups, and other livelihood opportunities. Through performing arts and creative expression, the Foundation also amplifies diverse voices, challenges stigma, and creates opportunities for people to share their stories, build confidence, and advocate for more inclusive communities.
