Lead Me Back Foundation (LMBF) is a Zambian non-governmental organization committed to improving the health, education, and climate literacy of vulnerable children through innovative, community-driven interventions. Its work focuses on nutrition, education, and climate literacy, addressing the barriers that prevent children from reaching their full potential.

Through initiatives such as the Tummy2Class School Feeding Programme, the Foundation provides nutritious daily meals to schoolchildren while monitoring their growth, improving school attendance, and strengthening community participation. Working in partnership with schools, government ministries, healthcare providers, and local organizations, LMBF delivers evidence-based programmes that create sustainable impact. The Foundation believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive, and remains committed to building healthier, more resilient communities across Zambia.
