Stand Together for Change (STC) is a Rwandan non-profit organization founded in 2020 by Physiotherapist NDEGEYA Sylvain driven to improve the lives of children with disabilities from low-income families, especially those in rural areas who lack access to services, support, and opportunities. 

 

Its vision is to build a society where every child with a disability is valued, included, and able to reach their full potential, while the mission focuses on empowering these children and their families by providing access to rehabilitation, healthcare, inclusive education, and community- based support systems. 

 

Over time, STC has created meaningful impact, supporting more than 120 children and over 150 families, implementing 10 programs, and building partnerships with at least 12 organizations to promote inclusion and reduce stigma in communities. 

 

Through services such as physiotherapy, early childhood development, and family empowerment initiatives, STC continues to transform lives and strengthen community resilience across rural Rwanda.​
